Support Overview

At OPEX we believe that any company providing services has an obligation to its customers to provide them with support when they need it. The OPEX support desk is manned 24/7 for those clients who have upgraded their support package to gain out-of-hours support.

Calls to the OPEX support desk are answered quickly, and your call will always be handled by one of our UK-based support staff until it has been resolved to your satisfaction.

Unlike many companies, OPEX does not charge extra for support. All OPEX customers have access to the OPEX central support number and the OPEX support Email address.

When contacting the OPEX Support desk, please have the following information available:

  • Company Name
  • The OPEX Service being used, and any telephone numbers specifically related to that service
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Contact details
