Real Time Displays / Wallboards
In a typical contact-centre environment where there may be larger volumes of inbound calls, OPEX provides an intelligent queuing system. It is important that information about the queue, and how long people in the queue have been waiting, can be displayed on a large monitor on the wall known as a wallboard or real-time display.
The OPEX Call Craft Application includes a dashboard which can display real time information on any computer with a web browser. This information can also be displayed on call centre wallboards and is highly configurable to enable it to meet the requirements of most contact centres.
